Uchádzač je skúsený vývojár v jazyku Java, ktorý sa vývoju v tomto jazyku venuje od roku 2006. Vo svojich začiatkoch bol aj full-stack vývojárom, ale teraz sa zameriava výlučne na backend. Medzi jeho najpoužívanejšie technológie patria Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, PostgreSQL, Maven, Docker a Tomcat a posledných niekoľko rokov pracuje s AWS. V súčasnosti pracuje ako architekt už 5 rokov, ale rád by sa popri práci venoval aj klasickejšiemu "pohodovému" vývoju. Bežne pracuje s agilnými metodikami a denne používa anglický jazyk v medzinárodnom tíme, pričom nemá problémy s komunikáciou. V práci mu najviac záleží na tíme.
