Kandidát je skúsený IT architekt, ktorý pôsobí na tejto pozícii viac ako 6 rokov v komerčnej praxi. Vždy pracoval na dvoch úrovniach, a to ako projektový manažér - kde viedol tím, sledoval rozpočet, vyjednával podmienky a podobne, a na druhej úrovni - architektonickej - kde navrhoval celú architektúru, implementáciu požiadaviek, návrh riešení, implementáciu AWS na jednotlivé servery, zabezpečenie SSL, dodržiavanie bezpečnostných štandardov, ktoré boli nastavené pomerne vysoko. Mal tiež možnosť prejsť na pozíciu biznis analytika/IT analytika. Má skúsenosti aj s vývojom ako vývojár, vie písať kód, ale radšej pracuje ako konzultant/poradca. Pri svojej práci aktívne využíva agilné metodiky, najmä Scrum a Kanban. Dokáže komunikovať v anglickom jazyku na výbornej úrovni. Ako vedúci tímu viedol malé tímy vývojárov a analytikov.
