Kandidát je mladší zamestnanec s 1,5-ročnou praxou v oblasti PM. V súčasnosti však pracuje ako koordinátor projektov vo farmaceutickej spoločnosti. Toto odvetvie tiež uprednostňuje a chce v ňom pracovať aj naďalej. V súčasnosti pracuje na oddelení balenia, kde je zodpovedný za to, aby všetko fungovalo správne. Pôsobí tiež ako projektová podpora vedúceho oddelenia prevádzkovej technológie, vedie projekt a koordinuje činnosti, definuje technické požiadavky, robí kvalifikáciu, t. j. overuje funkčnosť strojov. Podieľal sa aj na programovaní informačného systému, ktorého cieľom je pomáhať operátorom a hovoriť im, čo majú robiť - dodržiavať postupy, zbierať informácie. Mal tiež možnosť školiť/trénovať operátorov. Pokiaľ ide o agilnú prácu, má povedomie o agilných metodikách, ako je Scrum. Anglický jazyk ovláda na komunikatívnej úrovni a nemecký jazyk na úrovni B2 - v prípade potreby je ochotný sa ho naučiť.
