Projektový manažér s viac ako 20-ročnou praxou. V súčasnosti pracuje na atypickom projekte, ktorý nie je čisto IT, ale ide o projekt pre dve poisťovne (Kooperativa SK a Komunálna poisťovňa SK), na ktorom pracuje v koordinácii s veľkým PMO tímom skupiny VIG (Vienna Insurance Group). Projekt sa nazýva IFRS 17 (Medzinárodné štandardy finančného výkazníctva) a je venovaný príprave na jednotné vykazovanie finančných výsledkov poisťovní v Európe. Je zodpovedný za vedenie tímu 20 riaditeľov a vedúcich tímov ( riaditeľ pre financie/účtovníctvo, controlling, riadenie rizík atď.) Okrem toho má 30 ďalších ľudí, ktorí sú podriadení riaditeľom a spolupracujú s nimi na základe jednotlivých línií. Získal certifikáty a znalosti týkajúce sa agilných metodík, ako sú Prince 2, PMP (PMI, PMBok), agilné, vodopádové, o ktorých mal potom možnosť hovoriť aj v menších spoločnostiach. Anglický jazyk je súčasťou jeho bežnej pracovnej komunikácie.
