Project Manager

Skúsený projektový manažér/obchodný analytik so širokým portfóliom projektov. V súčasnosti intenzívne pracuje na 4 projektoch súčasne, ide o medzinárodné projekty z celého sveta, pracoval napríklad pre spoločnosť Vodafone v Ománe. Viedol projekty vývoja mobilných aplikácií, internetového bankovníctva alebo mobilného bankovníctva. V IT sfére sa pohybuje už 10 rokov, z toho 4 roky v oblasti BI. Neskôr sa venoval vedeniu v oblasti softskills. Vo svojej súčasnej práci vedie tímy IT ľudí (BE, architekti, testeri, analytici...), veľkosť tímu závisí od projektu, ale mal aj tím s 25 ľuďmi, štandardne vedie 8 ľudí. Vďaka práci na medzinárodných projektoch dokáže zvládnuť AJ na veľmi dobrej úrovni. Využíva agilné metodiky - Scrum, Scrumban, ale používa aj Waterfall, ktorému sa snaží vyhýbať. Ľudia oceňujú jeho ľudský prístup. Radšej pracuje na 1-2 projektoch a plne sa im venuje, žije s nimi, ako by mal robiť viac projektov naraz.

• IT Project/Program Manager, candidate managed the delivery of digital onboarding for Telco compnay, internet banking for Bank, and digital channels for Slovak Energy company. He also oversaw the implementation of mobile banking, Apple Pay, and Huawei Mobile Services for Bank in Slovakia and the delivery of digital channels for Telco Oman/Telco and SDK for mobile apps for 2 TV stations in Radio stations in Czech Republic.

• Consultant, candidate coached and trained employees in leadership, communication, and intercultural navigation, and conducted hiring and assessment of employees.
• IT Project Manager, candidate delivered new core banking systems under PMI project standards, managed vendor relationships, and oversaw cross-project activities.
• IT Business Analyst, candidate delivered a new IT system for a social insurance company in Slovakia, analyzed requirements, implemented UML standards, managed delivery and rollout, and conducted training for end-users.

Candidate holds a master's degree in Business Informatics from the University of Economics Bratislava and has completed trainings in flow-based leadership, intercultural navigation, creative collaboration and communication, and mediation. He is fluent in Slovak and English and possesses skills in strategic thinking, communication, business ideation and development, program and project management, team facilitation, personal coaching/mentoring, and business analysis
