Project Manager

Kandidát má viac ako 14 rokov skúseností ako PM. V súčasnosti pracuje na 4 rôznych projektoch, pričom na jednom projekte implementuje dátový sklad pre klienta postavený na technológii SAP - sú vo fáze, keď nastavili celý cieľový plán implementácie, technicky pripravili hardvér na inštaláciu pre dodávateľa. Ďalší projekt je na 5 rokov, kde pracuje na upgrade systému ERP. Pri práci využíva MS Office, JIRU na správu úloh so Sharepointom. Má prehľad o agilných metodikách, ako sú Scrum, Prince 2 a Design Thinking. Vedie 12-členný tím pre riadenie procesov a reengineering. Venuje sa aj školeniam o Sharepointe, One Drive a návrhu intranetu. Jeden z projektov je v angličtine, ktorú používa denne a tiež počas školení v zahraničí (Belgicko).

Project Manager - Contract, 2020 - present

• Management of 3 projects: 1) Consolidation of tools for ITIL processes for clients and internal users. 2) Implementation of a new data warehouse system - a pioneering project for Agile project management. 3) SAP Transition - a project to transition to a new ERP system.
• Review of requirements, budget and report setup for Ticketing project.
• Preparation of plan, budget, business case for project to implement new data warehouse system.
• Completion of feasibility study and preparation of RFP for SAP Transition project.

Project Manager - Contract, 2019 - 2020

• Project management in Microsoft 365 adoption for customers.
• Successful completion of 4 projects including EmbedIT for HomeCredit Int., Sazka, Ahold, Raiffeisenbank.
• Consultation and training of customers in Microsoft 365 tools (MS Teams, SharePoint, Planner, To-Do).
• Creation of educational materials and assistance in designing intranet on SharePoint.

IT Senior Project Manager, 2007 - 2019

• Adoption of the international Cyber payment Chain project and Secure virtual desktop project at ČSOB.
• Setting up a new team, defining priorities, methodologies and competencies.
• Negotiating with suppliers and presenting team results at online conferences to KBC management.

IT Process Manager Senior - End User Services, 2015-2018

• My previous manager asked me to process manage projects (e.g. introduction of a higher version of Windows, introduction of a new printing system to ČSOB Pojišt'ovna).
• I acted as an advisor to senior management (preparing strategies, solving operational situations, setting up team collaboration or HR issues, defining Flexible Workspace, etc.).
• Although I am not from IT, I managed to gain natural respect from my colleagues.

Banking Specialist II, 2011-2013

• During my maternity and parental leave, I consulted on procedural management and assisted on various projects (preparation of analyses, proposals, documents, etc.)

Executive Manager - Process Management Ret/SME, 2009-2011

• I took responsibility for 3 departments that merged. After defining processes, job descriptions and motivating colleagues, the team was reduced from 12 to 8 (working great).
• I dealt with HR issues (selection of people, onboarding, motivation, constructive criticism, working with talent, evaluation). I prefer capable and independent people whom I give trust and set only boundaries. I let my people grow.
• I was directly subordinate to foreign TOP managers - active use of AJ.

Process Analyst III - Process Management Ret/SME, 2007-2009

• The main task was to continuously simplify and streamline processes in the branch network, i.e. we were the so-called Gate keeper (I worked closely with branch representatives, project managers and the IT department).
• We translated new and existing processes into a more intuitive front-end program.
• We held workshops and training sessions on process changes + motivation to adopt changes.

Operational Risk Expert, 2006 - 2007

• I processed analyses and managed operational risks in the bank, coordinated the development of the Incident Management database.

Retail/SME Distribution Network Management Officer I., 2002 - 2006

• Our team was the operational support for 200 branches and was responsible for handling and monitoring client complaints. I dealt with non-standard situations such as unauthorized withdrawals, fraud.
• We implemented recommendations from audits and internal control system with emphasis on process efficiency. We educated users on new processes.
