Kandidát je najsilnejší, pokiaľ ide o Android, hoci posledné dva roky programuje prevažne doma pre seba. V minulosti však spustil prvú androidovú aplikáciu pre klienta, ktorú vytvoril od nuly za mesiac. V súčasnosti pracuje ako Product Owner, kde je jeho úlohou vymýšľať spracovanie a hľadanie spôsobov pre klienta a plnenie požiadaviek. Jeho zodpovednosťou je aj špecifikácia a návrh algoritmov, ako aj spracovanie a riadenie vývoja. Má tiež možnosť dostať sa bližšie k vývoju - JavaScript, Java, C#. Je starší, čo sa týka myslenia a riešenia problémov, a nemá problém sa veci naučiť. V práci nastavuje agilné procesy, v zásade metodiku Scrum. Má ambície stať sa manažérom vývojárov a v súčasnosti má skúsenosti s riadením IT a vývojového oddelenia. Denne komunikuje v angličtine, rozumie nemecky slovom aj písmom, ale potreboval by sa porozprávať (žil v Nemecku).
