Krátke zhrnutie
Kandidát je skúsený vývojár PHP s 9-ročnou praxou. Počas štúdia na vysokej škole pracoval na plný úväzok. V súčasnosti zastáva dve pozície súčasne, a to vedúceho tímu a scrum mastera. Väčšinou vedie tímy s 5 členmi, ale mal už aj tím so 7 vývojármi. Komunikuje s obchodnými partnermi a projektovou kanceláriou. Vo firme majú dve dôležité časti, ktoré zastrešuje: správu klientskych dát a backoffice aplikáciu v Nette, ktorá ukladá všetko, čo majú vo firme. Mal tiež možnosť prerobiť celý proces nástupu klienta, spracovávanie notifikácií. Medzi jeho najpoužívanejšie technológie/frameworky patria PHP, Nette. Pri práci však používa aj Javascript na drobné úpravy. V minulosti pracoval aj so systémom Drupal. Keďže v práci nepoužíva angličtinu, komunikácia v nej by pre neho bola problémom, aj keď všetkému rozumie. Uprednostňuje dlhodobé projekty a veľmi ho baví oblasť hazardných hier a stávok.

October 2016 - Present: Team Leader & Scrum Master
- Currently serving as a team leader and scrum master for a development team of 4-6 members.
- Contributed to the design of the system architecture using DDD principles.
- Developed backend code and guided the team in using Docker as the main development environment.
- Implemented CI unit and integration tests using GitLab-CI builds.
September 2012 - October 2016: Backend Developer
- Maintained and extended existing functionality, implemented new features using PHP, Nette framework, and Drupal.
- Developed an online ordering system called Shupito, which later became a separate product.
- Worked with clients such as Sushitime.sk, Pizzamizza.sk, and Ham.sk.
- Customized client-based presentation websites using Drupal 6/7.
2016 - 2018: PHP Backend Developer
- Innovated internal systems using mainly Nette framework and legacy Perl.
- Collaborated closely with Perl developers and legacy code.
- Worked in an agile environment with DevOps principles.
