Product Owner

Hynek pracuje v oblasti IT od strednej školy. Posledný rok pracuje ako Product Owner. V spoločnosti uvoľňujú stroje pre priemysel a na použitie vo veľkých halách. Komunikuje so zákazníkmi o presných požiadavkách, čo klienti chcú -vrátane farby, rozmerov a použitia strojov. Má pod sebou tím vývojárov, ktorým dáva požiadavky a potom je zodpovedný za kontrolu, v akom sú stave a či je klient s príbehom spokojný. Vývoj s nimi môže trvať až pol roka. V minulosti mal možnosť programovať aj v jazykoch C, C++. Vo voľnom čase rád tvorí v jazyku Python. Keďže oblasť, v ktorej pracuje, je dosť špecifická, retrospektíva sa u nich skracuje na týždeň, pretože je dôležité spresniť požiadavky a či všetko ide podľa plánu. Komunikácia v angličtine mu nerobí problém, keďže ich zákazníci sú väčšinou zo zahraničia.

Product Owner of Software:

• Responsible for ensuring the quality of software.
• Specifying customer requirements and conducting feasibility studies for projects.
• Serving as the creator of standard PLC and HMI codes.
• Implementing new hardware and ensuring its functionality.
• Overseeing the development and delivery of high-quality software.

Automation Engineer:

• Responsible for the automation side of machine projects.
• Managing negotiations with customers regarding equipment functionality and technology choices.
• Installing devices in customer companies and providing remote support.
• Handing over completed projects to customers.
• Ensuring smooth operation and functionality of automation systems.

System Integrator:

• Developed an automation control system for a bakery.
• Planned projects and integrated PLC systems.
• Controlled dosing, fermentation, mixing, and cooling systems.
• Provided training and technological support to operators.
• Collaborated with customers to meet their automation needs.

Creator of Automation Testing:

• Developed and analyzed automated tests for software in the automobile industry.
• Communicated with customers and received education at Continental.
• Identified and repaired issues in code.
• Conducted all communication in German or English.
• Ensured high-quality software through rigorous testing.
