Scrum Master

Skúsený Scrum master s takmer 5-ročnou praxou. Momentálne pracuje v tíme, kde sa snaží zlepšiť procesy tak, aby vývojári mali možnosťKandidát na väčší kariérny postup a odstránenie bariér. Má tiež zručnosti v oblasti riadenia softvérových projektov a objektovo orientovaného programovania. Sám pracoval aj ako vývojár a až neskôr prešiel na pozíciu Scrum Mastera. Pracoval s viacerými distribuovanými tímami a získal odborné znalosti v oblasti SAFe. Vo svojom predchádzajúcom zamestnaní mal možnosť kandidovať na mentorov svojich kolegov. Jeho angličtina je na komunikatívnej úrovni, takže nemá problém pracovať v zahraničnom tíme.
