Scrum Master

Kandidát je agilný kouč/scrum master s takmer trojročnou praxou. V súčasnosti pracuje v sieťovom oddelení so 130-140 ľuďmi. Sú rozdelení do 20 tímov. Jej úlohou je, aby tímy pracovali čo najefektívnejšie a najlepšie aj bez nej. Približne pred rokom a pol ich spoločnosť prešla na Kanban. Jej úlohou bolo postupne zapracovať ľudí, nastaviť operácie a tabule Kanban. Taktiež majú týždenné stretnutia so zainteresovanými stranami, aby zistili, či sú všetky procesy dobre nastavené. V súčasnosti pracuje na pozícii, kde aktívne nepoužíva angličtinu, ale rada by pracovala na projekte, kde môže komunikovať v angličtine. Zaujímajú ju viaceré oblasti, napríklad bankovníctvo alebo aj automobilový priemysel.
