Agile Coach & Scrum Master

Uchádzač pracuje ako scrum master/agile coach viac ako 3 roky. Na projekte majú 2 produkty a viac ako 15 tímov. Každý tím má +- 7 členov. Má certifikáciu LeSS. Pomáha tímom rásť, naučiť sa fungovať samostatne a byť organizovaný. Okrem toho pomáha aj vlastníkom produktov. Ako kouč má pravidelné hodnotenia s inžiniermi, generálnymi riaditeľmi a vlastníkmi produktov, aby získal spätnú väzbu a mohol zlepšiť ich výkon. Každý z koučov má vo svojej práci špecializáciu. Kandidát sa zameriava na vývojové postupy, keďže má skúsenosti aj s vývojom, a tak môže pomôcť vývojárom. Ich stretnutia prebiehajú prevažne v angličtine, takže komunikácia v angličtine pre neho nie je problém.

• Responsible for enabling continuous improvement in product development by observing, coaching, guiding, and supporting product owners, teams, and stakeholders.
• Working with 15+ teams on 2 products in a manager-less structure using the LESS framework.
• Focusing on technical excellence, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, development practices, security, and testing.
• Utilizing tools such as Jira, Miro boards, Confluence, Bamboo, IntelliJ IDEA, and Git.

Scrum Master (June 2018 - May 2020)

• Successfully scaled from component teams to 13+ teams using the LESS framework.
• Facilitated the transition to LESS environment through active participation in events and collaboration with 80+ participants.
