Scrum Master

Kandidát pracuje ako Scrum master/line manažér posledných 8 rokov. Predtým začínal ako QA inžinier. Pracuje v divízii, ktorá má na starosti automatizáciu testovania pre tímy v rámci banky. Jeho divízia teda umožňuje automatizáciu procesov a zjednodušuje prácu ostatným tímom. Má na starosti 8 projektov. Každý deň majú stand-upy, plánovacie sedenia, retrospektívy alebo ad hoc stretnutia, ak je potrebné riešiť mimoriadnu situáciu. Okrem toho riadi aj 1 projekt po projektovej línii, t. j. komunikuje aj s externými klientmi, zisťuje ich spokojnosť a požiadavky. Celkovo sa stará o ľudí a ich chod kancelárií. Absolvoval certifikáciu ISTQB. Denne komunikuje v anglickom jazyku.
