Uchádzač je skúsený projektový manažér s 9-ročnou praxou. V oblasti IT pôsobí už takmer 20 rokov. Začínal ako vývojár PHP. Neskôr prešiel na pozíciu PM. Na svojej súčasnej pozícii pracuje ako analytik. Mapuje procesy, nahrádza ich novým systémom a tiež kompletizuje dokumentáciu pre výberové konanie. Má skúsenosti aj s agilnou transformáciou, rád prináša zlepšenia do tímu, interpretuje biznis požiadavky. Rád sleduje a odstraňuje prekážky, ktoré by mohli brzdiť prácu tímu. Komunikácia v angličtine mu nerobí problém, keďže pracoval aj na viacerých medzinárodných projektoch. V budúcnosti by sa videl ako vlastník produktu alebo produktový manažér. Zaujíma sa o oblasť bankových telekomunikácií.

The main focus is on describing current processes, conducting gap analysis, and proposing optimization steps for the implementation of a new core banking system. Main scope: BPMN 2.0 analysis.

Performed analysis of customer needs for the integration of new companies into corporate structures. This involved analyzing dataflow, interfaces, services, and transactions in the pharmacy industry.
