Kandidát pracuje ako QA inžinier už 12 rokov. Začínal ako manuálny tester a získal skúsenosti v rôznych odvetviach, kde sa stretol s multiplatformovým testovaním, prostredím Linux, skriptovaním v jazyku Python, kódovaním pre rýchlu manipuláciu atď. Používal technologické nástroje ako Java, C#, C++, PowerShell, .net, JIRA, MS technologies, Visual studio, Postman. Vo všeobecnosti sú jeho pracovnými úlohami automatizované testovanie (Selenium), príprava a správa automatizovaných testov, analýza, reportovanie výsledkov, frameworky, správa testov. V rôznych projektoch, na ktorých pracoval, bol zodpovedný za testovanie platobných aplikácií, IT riešení, bankových CRM aplikácií a testovanie elektronického zdravotníctva. Má skúsenosti s agilnými metodikami, ako je Scrum, ktoré využíval na väčšine projektov. V minulosti mal možnosť mentorovať mladších kolegov. Je ochotný vysvetľovať a učiť, nie je však typ na riadenie ľudí. Jeho angličtina je na komunikatívnej úrovni, keďže pracoval s klientmi vo Švajčiarsku aj v Indii a komunikoval s nimi na dennej báze.
