Jeho úlohou je zlepšovať systémy, predkladať návrhy na zlepšenie, testovať funkcie, komunikovať incidenty s vývojármi alebo vytvárať obchodné analýzy. V minulosti pracoval aj ako programátor alebo projektový manažér, takže by rád spojil IT sektor s obchodom. Na projekte využívajú agilné prostredie. Jeho angličtina je na veľmi dobrej úrovni a má aj pasívnu znalosť nemčiny. Pracoval aj ako junior teamleader, mal na starosti tím a tiež školil nových kolegov. Preferuje skôr dlhodobé projekty z medzinárodného prostredia v oblasti financií, ale rád sa pozrie na akékoľvek ponuky.
