Scrum Master

Kandidát je scrum master s 3-ročnou praxou. V súčasnosti pracuje na 3 rôznych projektoch pre medzinárodné spoločnosti ako Jaguar, Heineken. Na každom projekte má inú funkciu, ale zároveň sa prekrývajú. Napríklad v prípade spoločnosti Heineken pôsobí ako sprostredkovateľ medzi rôznymi zainteresovanými stranami. V inom projekte sa jeho úloha scrum mastera prekrýva s úlohou manažéra transformačného projektu. Robí napríklad aj prognózu ľudských zdrojov. Pracuje na projektoch, ktoré majú veľa členov, niektoré až 150. Všetko riadi prostredníctvom agilných metód. Má viacero certifikátov, napríklad Prince2, LSS - Lean six sigma, Itil v4. Komunikácia v angličtine mu nerobí problém.

• Responsible for promoting and implementing agile methodologies within the organization.
• Lead daily and weekly scrum meetings with assigned clients.
• Work with product owners to ensure agile principles and practices are followed.
• Focus on constant customer involvement, empirical process, time boxing, and changing requirements.
• Set up appropriate teams for scrum execution and remove distractions or impediments.

OTC Manager (May 2018 - present)

• Manage commercial changes, request management, quotation, ordering, billing, and associated activities.
• Develop model, rules, and governance for international accounts.
• Key areas of focus include charging and invoicing, account balance, disputes, and communication.
• Handle finance reviews with clients, billing reporting, and quote to order processes.
• Ensure smooth service transition and implement credit notes and terminations.

Program/Lifecycle Manager for Global Customer Projects (March 2014 - present)

• Improve end-to-end processes from bid phase to order to cash.
• Establish control mechanisms to reduce errors in execution.
• Define scope of work for teams and measure results against KPIs and SLAs.
• Implement continuous improvement plans and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Coordinate ordering and delivery processes, ensuring alignment with contractual agreements.
