Kandidát je skúsený scrum master s 3-ročnou praxou, predtým pracoval 3 roky ako projektový manažér. Má tiež skúsenosti ako biznis analytik. V súčasnosti pracuje ako scrum master dvoch tímov. Jeden z nich je už zrelý a pomáha im s nasadzovaním produktov po celom svete. Keďže ho baví machine leraning, pomáha aj ako školiteľ pri vývoji pre viaceré jazyky.
