Java Developer

Kandidát je skúsený vývojár s viac ako 20-ročnou praxou. Začínal ako vývojár v jazyku C. Posledných 20 rokov však programuje v jazyku Java. Najčastejšie pracuje s Java SDK. Má však skúsenosti aj s Hibernate a Spring, ktoré však posledných 10 rokov nepoužíva. Uprednostňuje menšie spoločnosti alebo start-upy, pretože má rád atmosféru v takýchto firmách. V práci bežne pracuje s agilnými metodikami, ako sú Scrum a Kanban. Denne aj v súkromnom živote komunikuje v angličtine. Učí sa však aj taliansky. V minulosti viackrát viedol malý tím vývojárov a rád vedie a mentoruje mladších vývojárov, aby sa zlepšovali.
