Test Manager

Kandidát je manažér testovania/vedúci testovania so 16-ročnou praxou v IT. Predtým pracoval ako testovací analytik a tester, kde sa venoval najmä manuálnemu testovaniu. Ako Test Lead má takmer 5-ročné skúsenosti, počas ktorých riešil harmonogramy, vyberal metódy a typy testov či nastavoval odhady pre daný projekt. Na svojom poslednom projekte bol jediným testerom/testovým analytikom, takže všetky záležitosti týkajúce sa biznisu a vývojového tímu riešil sám. V budúcnosti sa však chce zamerať výlučne na vedúce pozície. Je držiteľom certifikátu ISTQB, pri svojej práci rád využíva agilné metodiky a plynule hovorí anglicky, a to aj v pracovnom prostredí.

06/2020 - PRESENT: QA Analyst Responsible for writing test analysis for integration tests for the My T-Mobile application for the B2B segment. Conducted testing, reporting, and defect and fix management.

01/2020 - 04/2020: QA Analyst Performed test analysis for tests on a new application for ČEZ dealers' business network. Conducted testing, reporting, and defect and fix management. The project was ended due to the pandemic.

11/2017 - 12/2019: Senior QA Analyst Managed test analysis and execution for a new internal application for VW dealers. Worked closely with the development and business teams, and provided estimation for future sprints. Handled defect and fix management.

08/2016 - 04/2017: Project Manager Managed project planning, monitored team activities, and collaborated with the developer/engineer team. Ensured quality supervision, reporting, and planned client training.

11/2015 - 05/2016: QA Analyst Participated in a data migration project, conducting test analysis and execution. Managed defect management and reporting.

05/2013 - 04/2016: Test Manager Designed test cycles, supported testers, prepared deployment and test environment, and provided estimation. Handled differences and problems in requirements and development with the business team. Reported on testing activities.
