Má skúsenosti s rôznymi praktickými a agilnými kompetenciami, ako je budovanie, implementácia, vytváranie a podpora obchodných procesov s využitím moderných postupov a štandardov. Má bohaté skúsenosti s programovaním, ako aj znalosti v oblasti kryptografie - nehľadá však prácu v oblasti kódovania. • 10/2019 – Present: Security Engineering Expert: Established and led a Data Quality team for DataLake Onboarding, implemented Agile Scrum/Kanban methodologies for faster delivery. Also served as a Subject Matter Expert, conducting interviews and coaching the workforce for Engineering roles. Led initiatives for culture diversity and LGBTQI+&Allies in Czechia.

• 11/2016 – 09/2019: Security Specialist: Implemented automation for Secure SDLC and DevSecOps practices, including coaching, technology adoption, and process transformation. Enhanced procedures and architecture of SOC and conducted risk analysis, threat modeling, and detection scenario design. Participated in incident resolution and continuous improvement of SOC.
