Matthew je obchodný analytik s dvojročnou praxou. Predtým pracoval 2 roky ako tester. V súčasnosti stále externe študuje na univerzite. V súčasnosti spravuje bankové systémy, komunikuje s obchodným oddelením, vyhodnocuje a vytvára špecifikácie, ktoré zadáva vývojárom. Riešenia modeluje v podnikovej architektúre, UML, BPMN. Pri svojej práci nepoužíva agilné metodiky, ale pracuje vodopádovým spôsobom. Neprekážalo by mu komunikovať v angličtine, hoci ju momentálne v práci nepoužíva. Nemá preferovanú oblasť, v ktorej by chcel pracovať, takže je otvorený všetkému. Ak by však pracoval na čiastočný úväzok popri svojej práci v banke, chcel by projekt v inej oblasti.
