Predtým pracoval v bankovom sektore a viedol tím, ktorý dodával mobilné aplikácie. Najväčší tím, ktorý mal na starosti, mal približne 12 interných členov a 30 externistov. Je zvyknutý na agilné prostredie. Ovláda angličtinu, ale potreboval by konverzáciu, keďže posledné dva roky nemal možnosť komunikovať. Výpovedná lehota 2 mesiace
