Agile Coach & Scrum Master

Skúsený scrum master s 5-ročnou praxou. Bol jedným z prvých scrum masterov v Orange. Pracoval na projekte, ktorý bol spočiatku postavený neagilným spôsobom, ale bol neúspešný. Neskôr ho nasadili na scrum a dokázali projekt efektívne zrealizovať. Komunikuje so zákazníkmi a zainteresovanými stranami. Okrem toho založil scrum aj na oddelení ľudských zdrojov, kde pôsobil ako mentor. Pracuje aj v distribuovanom tíme, ktorý má členov po celej krajine a zákazníci sú zo zahraničia. Nastavuje tam procesy tak, aby mali zmysel. Nepoužívajú tam 100% scrum, pretože zistili, že takto je to efektívnejšie. Okrem toho v Orangei založil agilnú knižnicu a spoločne vedú agilnú komunitu v rámci firmy. Budúci mesiac bude mať prednášku na Trnavskej univerzite o koučovaní a agilite. Hovorí plynule anglicky a francúzsky. Baví ho nastavovať procesy a rozbiehať nové veci.

• Led the transformation of an in-house development team from waterfall delivery to successful agile delivery.
• Acted as the agile mentor and coach for an HR team's transition to Scrum without external mentoring.
• Oversaw the transformation of an international project to a customized version of Scrum.

• Contributed to the company's agile strategy, Scrum master community, and founded an agile library.

• Oversaw internal IT processes in a newly established shared services center.

• Led and coordinated an internal development team using the Scrum methodology.
• Reported to senior management and contributed to the long-term IT strategy.
• Reason for leaving: Company went bankrupt.

Responsibilities:

• Served as a functional consultant focusing on SD module, with some experience in MM/LE/FI modules.
• Managed incident and change request management.
• Provided 1st and 2nd line support.
• Reason for leaving: No perspective for new projects in the field of interest.

Senior Financial Analyst for Key Accounts : 09/2013 - 12/2013

Responsibilities:

• Handled accounts receivables and collection activities, with a focus on key accounts in the French subsidiary.
• Implemented proactive process improvement and automation using Excel/VBA.
