Kandidát pôsobí v oblasti IT už 16 rokov. Na svojej poslednej pozícii pracoval na transformačných programoch, v rámci ktorých boli systémy a CRM nahradené novými. Pracoval ako strem lead pre integráciu, pričom zastrešoval riadenie všetkých testov a cutover management. Približne 8 rokov pracoval ako projektový manažér pre bankovníctvo a telco. Začínal však ako vývojár, takže má veľmi dobré skúsenosti s vývojom. Má skúsenosti s Jira, MS Project, SQL. Keďže pracoval v medzinárodných tímoch, komunikácia v angličtine mu nerobí problém.
