Product Manager

Kandidát má 3 roky skúseností ako produktový manažér. Začínal ako manažér vývoja produktov, neskôr prešiel na výskum a vývoj, ale musel byť pozastavený kvôli korunke. Je zodpovedný za duševné vlastníctvo, správu portfólia, riešenie patentových prihlášok a udeľovanie patentov. Ide o HW produkt z oblasti vŕtania. Zhromažďuje požiadavky od klientov a pretvára ich na požiadavky na produkt pre technický tím, komunikuje s nimi a tiež s investormi. Nemá však skúsenosti s celým životným cyklom produktu, keďže pracuje s produktmi, ktorých vývoj trvá mnoho rokov. V práci absolvoval školenie o agilných metodikách, ale zatiaľ s nimi nemá veľké skúsenosti. Má niekoľko kolegov zo zahraničia, a preto mu komunikácia v angličtine nerobí problém. Väčšinou pracoval s tímami s 2 až 8 členmi.
