Požiadavky ďalej zapisuje a komunikuje s technickým tímom. Má 3 roky skúseností s UML, SQL. Má tiež skúsenosti s UAT a tvorbou procesných máp. Pracuje v agilnom prostredí s využitím Scrum a Kanban. Plynulo ovláda anglický jazyk. Rozumie aj rusky, ale musela by trochu hovoriť .

SEP 2019 - Currently IT Business Analyst: As the first Analyst in the department, I cover business, IT, and integration analysis in the Insurance domain. I work with various partners and professionals within the EMEA region to establish internal processes and set high standards. I work in an agile environment following SCRUM methodology, with a fully virtual setup and a diverse team. My main tasks include analyzing the current state and preparing the future state of the solution, documenting in Confluence, assigning tasks in Jira, attending agile ceremonies and meetings with stakeholders, gathering requirements, creating roadmaps and risk matrices, and creating wireframes to visually support client requirements. My achievements include delivering solutions to 6 partners, setting standards within the company, and being selected for the SUMMIT 2021 program.

JAN 2019 - AUG 2019 IT Analyst: I worked within the Banking division, where I had the opportunity to work on security solutions for a large bank. I was part of an agile team following SCRUM methodology, delivering enhancements and updates to an existing solution. My tasks included updating documentation, mapping out security parts of the solution, comparing implementation with security standards, preparing assignments for developers, participating in agile ceremonies and workshops with stakeholders. I am grateful for the opportunity and enjoyed working closely with the Scrum Master.

SEP 2017 - OCT 2018 Technical Writer: I worked for a startup developing blockchain technology. My main responsibilities included writing technical documentation, creating user manuals, and ensuring clear and concise communication of complex concepts. I worked closely with developers and product managers to understand the technology and translate it into user-friendly content. I also contributed to the development of the company's knowledge base and provided support to customers.
