Java Developer

Java vývojár od roku 2015. V súčasnosti pracuje na vývoji "ponukového" systému, ktorý používajú obchodní zástupcovia a ľudia, ktorí spracovávajú verejné zákazky. Je to vlastne príprava "ponuky" pre zákazníka z ich portfólia a ak zákazník túto ponuku akceptuje, ceny, ktoré v tejto "ponuke" ponúkol, sa prenesú do ich interných systémov, ako sú "EPeC" atď. Na to sa používa najmä Java. Pôvodne sa tento systém začal používať len pre Českú republiku a Slovensko, avšak ostatným pobočkám spoločnosti sa zapáčil, a tak ho začali vyvíjať aj pre Rakúsko a Rusko (už ho používajú v ostrej prevádzke). V súčasnosti sa pripravuje nasadenie pre Poľsko a Rumunsko. Má skúsenosti aj s riadením tímu, ako aj s mentorovaním kolegov. Jeho angličtina je na komunikatívnej úrovni, a hoci nemčinu nepoužíva pravidelne, prečítanému rozumie a chápe význam. V súčasnosti je v nemčine na úrovni B1.

Tender & Quotation offer creation system

(2015 – 2022)

• Web tool for preparation of business offers (pricing, quotations, tenders) for B2B customers.
• Contains a module for storage and analysis of competitor offers.
• Users of this system are usually Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers,Tender Office, etc.
• Lead developer for the last 3 years.
• Internationalization and customization for new countries adopting this system.

Annual employee evaluation application

(2015 – 2020)

• HR tool for employee evaluation.
• Once per year the employee and his manager did a multi step evaluation.
• The result was calibrated by department managers and used in salary increases for next year.

Employee onsite training planner

(2016 – 2019)

• HR tool for organization and processing of regular employee trainings.
• Uses shift times to plan trainings when employee is at work.
• Prepares an attendancelist for the trainer.
• Archives and transfers finished trainings into ERP system.
• Junior developer of this SAP Hybris project.
• E-commerce site with incontinence products. Incl. SEPA payments, prescription up-load, SAP connection, etc.
