Uchádzač je stredne pokročilý programátor, ktorý programuje v jazyku Java viac ako 2 roky. Jeho preferovaný a používaný technologický stack je Java EE, Spring, Maven, Mircoservices, Hibernate a PostgreSQL. Má tiež skúsenosti s vývojom v PHP, kde pracoval na krátkom (polročnom) projekte. Má záujem učiť sa nové veci. Je zvyknutý pracovať na diaľku. Má za sebou pomerne málo projektov, pretože boli krátkodobé a rád by robil niečo dlhodobejšie. Pri svojej práci aktívne využíva agilné metodiky, najmä Scrum a Kanban. Nemá problém komunikovať v angličtine a používa ju na dennej báze.
