Scrum Master

Kandidát je Scrum Master od apríla 2021 s predchádzajúcou skúsenosťou ako Product Owner alebo The candidatelyst. V skutočnosti má pozíciu na plný úväzok, ale je otvorená preskúmať aj iné príležitosti na trhu. Pravidelne používa Atlassian Jira a väčšina jej skúseností je z finančného sektora. Vyhovuje jej práca s väčšími aj menšími tímami, keďže kedysi viedla približne 8-členné tímy. V minulosti viedla aj 3 tímy súčasne. Žije v Záhrebe a uprednostňuje pozície v Záhrebe,s čo najväčšou možnou vzdialenosťou, aj keď môže byť v kancelárii 1-2 dni v týždni. Možnosťou je pre ňu štandardné zamestnanie aj práca na voľnej nohe.
