Project Manager & Scrum Master

Uchádzač je Scrum Master od októbra 2019 s predchádzajúcimi skúsenosťami v oblasti riadenia projektov. V skutočnosti má pozíciu na plný úväzok, ale je otvorený preskúmať ďalšie príležitosti na trhu. Vo svojej kariére zvykol koučovať tímy s približne 10 ľuďmi, pričom mal za sebou aj 2 takto veľké tímy. Systém Atlassian Jira používa už viac ako 3 roky. Používa tiež Azure DevOps, Confluence alebo Miro. Žije v Záhrebe a uprednostňuje pozície v Záhrebe s čo najväčším podielom práce na diaľku, hoci kanceláriu v Záhrebe môže navštíviť niekoľkokrát týždenne a častejšie počas onboardingu. Je zvyknutý pracovať ako štandardný zamestnanec, pričom tento režim má na všetkých svojich pozíciách, hoci je schopný otvoriť si aj osobnú spoločnosť a pracovať ako freelancer.
