Scrum Master

Kandidát je Scrum Master od decembra 2020 s predchádzajúcimi skúsenosťami s vedením tímu. V skutočnosti uvažuje o zmene pozície. Na svojej aktuálnej pozícii doteraz viedol 10 tímov, niektoré aj od fázy vzniku, s veľkosťou od 4 do 15 členov, pravidelne využíva Atlassian Jira, takže mu vyhovuje práca s väčšími aj menšími tímami. Žije v Osijeku a je flexibilný, čo sa týka preferencií onside/offside, ktoré závisia najmä od rozsahu práce, Štandardné zamestnanie aj freelancing sú pre neho možnosti. V aktuálnej pozícii má výpovednú lehotu 1 mesiac.
