DevOps Engineer & Linux Administrator

Skúsený systémový inžinier s piatimi rokmi skúseností v oblasti DevOPS a štyrmi rokmi skúseností s Pythonom. Vo svojej súčasnej práci pracuje v Kubernetes, nastavuje monitorovanie v Prometheus. Vykonával QA testovanie v backendovej JAVA aplikácii a vytváral pipeline na testovanie (Swagger a SoapUI). Bol zodpovedný za údržbu infraštruktúrneho prostredia -AWS, (Terraform/Ansible, Docker a Kubernetes) implementoval kultúru DevOps CI. Mal na starosti konfiguráciu a inštaláciu pomocou Ansible a správu siete v klastri OpenStack. Chcel by pracovať v tíme, agilná metóda nie je preferovaná. Denne používa angličtinu na komunikatívnej úrovni.

2021-09 – Present

• Worked with Gcloud and K8s.
• Built deployment pipeline using ArgoCD and helm charts.
• Built monitoring system with Prometheus.

2020-10 – 2021-09

• Conducted QA testing for Java backend app and created testing pipelines using Swagger, SoapUI, Testlink, and Sonarqube.
• Maintained testing environment infrastructure on AWS and on-premises using Terraform/Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Worked as a DevOps System Engineer for the test environment and pipelines.

2019-01 – 2020-09

• Implemented DevOps culture for CI pipelines with Jenkins, Docker, LXC, and GitOps for Oracle Linux VM.
• Executed and QA tested Linux Userspace/Kernel.
• Created build infrastructure in Oracle cloud.

2017-01 – 2018-12

• Configured and installed full environment using Ansible and performed network administration in OpenStack cluster.

Knowledge and Skills

• Proficient in English (Upper-intermediate – B2/C1) and Beginner in German (A1/A2).
• Extensive knowledge of Linux Debian/RedHat systems, email servers, web-app servers, DB servers, monitoring tools, virtualization platforms, configuration management, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in scripting with Bash, Python, Perl, and Groovy.
• Familiarity with networking protocols, Cisco IOS, VLAN networks, and various software applications.
• Holds certifications in CCNA, ECDL, and completed LPIC 1-2 training.
