Java Developer & Kotlin Developer

Kandidát je skúsený vývojár v jazyku Java s 11-ročnou praxou, ale posledné 3 - 4 roky sa venuje najmä jazyku Kotlin, v ktorom by chcel pokračovať. Počas štúdia pracoval na plný úväzok. Dva roky pracoval aj ako DevOps inžinier, keď spoločnosť migrovala celú svoju infraštruktúru na AWS a Kubernetes. Okrem toho má skúsenosti so Spring, Spring Boot, JS. Čo sa týka agilných metodík, má skúsenosti so Scrumom, keďže v práci majú 14 denných šprintov a retrospektív. Komunikácia v angličtine mu nerobí problém. V súčasnosti vedie tím 5 ľudí. Predtým však pracoval aj ako vedúci tímu s 15 členmi. Preferuje menšie spoločnosti, ktoré majú viac agilných tímov. Korporácie ho veľmi nelákajú.
