Kandidát je priemerný DevOps inžinier s trojročnou praxou. Deväť rokov pracoval ako správca Unixu, sedem rokov s AIX, dva roky s Linuxom a tri roky ako správca aplikácií. Má skúsenosti s HP-UX weblogic, hardvérom a databázami (Oracle, DB2, MySQL). Programoval Korn a Bash Shell. Je zvyknutý pracovať v tíme, agilné metódy mu nerobia problém. Mal možnosť mentorovať mladších kolegov a baví ho to. Ovláda angličtinu na komunikatívnej úrovni a má čiastočnú znalosť ruštiny.
