Kandidát má 4 roky skúseností v IT, ale len 2 roky ako vývojár Pega. Podieľa sa na vývoji aplikačného softvéru, kde je zodpovedný za prípravu technickej dokumentácie, tvorbu údajov, ako aj reportov. Skúsenosti získal aj ako vedúci malého tímu. Okrem toho pracuje s agilnými metodikami, ako je Scrum. Jeho angličtina je plynulá a holandčina veľmi základná.
