Kandidátka je skúsená Scrum Masterka s 8 mesiacmi praxe, počas ktorých získala množstvo skúseností. Na súčasnom projekte vedie tím vývojárov a testerov. Má na starosti plánovanie činností, ktoré je potrebné vykonať, rozdeľovanie práce v tíme, kontrolu práce a narovnávanie procesov. Nemala by problém pracovať v medzinárodnom tíme.

Role 1: Started in May 2017 as an intern in the marketing department, assisting with social media management and content creation.

Role 2: Promoted to Marketing Assistant in September 2018, responsible for coordinating marketing campaigns and analyzing data to improve brand visibility.

Role 3: Joined as a Sales Representative in January 2020, focusing on building and maintaining customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.

Role 4: Transitioned to a Team Leader position in April 2021, overseeing a team of sales representatives and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Role 5: Currently working as a Product Manager since October 2022, responsible for developing and launching new products, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
