Kandidát je priemerný vývojár BPM s 3-ročnou praxou. 3,5 roka v Jave, 1,5 roka v OSB, ESB. 2,5 roka v PHP. Pracoval ako správca aplikácií a softvérový analytik. Viac ako 4 roky pracoval ako vývojár BPM a veľmi ho to bavilo. Rád by sa venoval kombinácii analytiky, programovania a architektúry. Uprednostňuje prácu v menšom medzinárodnom tíme, ale nebráni sa ani práci pre české a slovenské firmy. Nepreferuje prácu v bankovníctve, rád by sa zameral na telcom, energetiku, zdravotníctvo, ale je otvorený takmer všetkému. Agilné metódy mu veľmi nevyhovujú. Angličtinu ovláda na komunikatívnej úrovni, rozumie nemecky a maďarsky.
