Kandidát je senior Java Developer s 20-ročnými skúsenosťami, ktorý v súčasnosti pracuje na Microservices v backende. Používa frameworky Java, Workflow, Angina (formalizmy) a BPMN. Rád by sa ďalej venoval moderným technológiám. Je preňho dôležité, aby kvalita kódu bola vysoká a aby výstup bol bez technického dlhu. Hoci je veľmi samostatný, vyhovuje mu práca v tíme a považuje ju za motivujúcu aj čo sa týka konzultácií. Mal možnosť pracovať ako vedúci tímu a nepovažuje to za problém, keď je všetko dobre nastavené. Agilné metódy mu vyhovujú. Zaujímajú ho dlhodobé projekty a preferuje medzinárodnú spoločnosť, ale nebráni sa ani českej či slovenskej firme. Angličtinu ovláda na komunikatívnej úrovni a pracoval v medzinárodnom tíme. Okrajovo rozumie nemecky a je schopný porozumieť textu v ruštine.
