Business Analyst & IT Analyst

Honza je stredne pokročilý biznis analytik s tromi rokmi praxe. V súčasnosti pracuje na dvoch veľkých projektoch - pre významného mobilného operátora a vo finančnom sektore. Vo svojej úlohe je v podstate zodpovedný za integráciu produktu spoločnosti do prostredia klienta: modelovanie, onboarding, tvorba používateľskej dokumentácie, školenia zákazníkov, tvorba diagramov a dátových štruktúr, mapovanie obchodných procesov. Okrem toho má základy jazyka SQL a manuálneho testovania. Medzi štandardne používané nástroje patria Enterprise Architect, Postman, JIRA, Confluence, Draw.io, SSMS... Jeho angličtina je na úrovni B1 - písal v nej používateľskú dokumentáciu, ale nie je si natoľko istý, aby ju aktívne používal napr. na obchodných stretnutiach (navštevuje výučbu).

09/2013 - 05/2017: Completed state matriculation examination in English language, Czech language, hardware, computer networks, and web applications at a secondary school.

09/2017 - 03/2019: Studied Information Technology at the University of Pardubice, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Informatics, but interrupted after completing the 3rd semester due to a job offer as a junior IT analyst at a financial institution.

09/2016 - 06/2018: Worked as a public procurement officer, handling communication with customers and suppliers and managing public procurement processes at a financial institution.

04/2018 - 02/2019: Worked as an IT administrator (Level 2), resolving IT issues for employees and migrating company computer systems to Windows 10 at a financial institution.

04/2019 - 05/2020: Worked as a junior IT analyst, collecting and analyzing requirements from clients, preparing specifications for developers, testing functionality, and creating documentation at a financial institution.

06/2019 - 05/2020: Worked as an IT analyst, responsible for gathering and analyzing client requirements and overseeing development capacities at a software development company.

05/2021 - Present: Currently working as an IT business analyst, involved in requirement gathering, solution proposal preparation, developer task specification, manual testing, and user documentation creation at a software development company.
