Vytváral obchodné plány pre obchodníkov, počítal KPI a to, za čo sú platení, navrhoval a navrhoval riešenia a riešil aj súdne spory, Ako obchodný poradca mal pod sebou 10 ľudí a riešil komplexné obchodné riešenia pre taliansky a škandinávsky trh (denne komunikoval s klientmi). Resolved incentive issues and conducted deep analysis of commissions. Generated ad-hoc reports for executives regarding achievements and payments.

Business Adviser for Italy (Apr 2017 - Nov 2017): Provided business directions to a team of incentive analysts for Italy. Offered advisory in complex cases and handled escalations.
