Kandidát je šikovný mladý full-stack vývojár, ktorý sa zameriava najmä na Angular a Node.js a ovláda aj PHP. Na full-stack pozícii pracuje od roku 2013. Na svojom súčasnom projekte zastáva vedúcu úlohu a pracoval na BE aj FE. Má na starosti celý proces projektu, architektúru, infraštruktúru či monitorovanie. Pracuje aj s databázami. Je zvyknutý na agilné prostredie, najmä Scrum. Jeho angličtina je na veľmi dobrej úrovni. Vyhýba sa projektom, ktoré sú orientované na DevOps, má radšej programovanie ako procesy a tiež full-stack pozícia je pre neho najzaujímavejšia, pretože vidí celý projekt.

• Leading a software development team in creating a project management application for the broadcasting media sector using Angular, NodeJS, Couchbase, Redis, RabbitMQ, Jest, Cypress, GraphQL, REST API, and Microservices.
• Working in an Agile environment with daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective meetings.
• Responsible for distributing work to developers, assisting them in solving tasks, and focusing on skill development, feature development, and codebase maintenance.
• Actively participating in UI/UX designs, frontend and backend code, and project architecture.
