Kandidát je skúsený architekt riešení, ktorý programuje v jazyku Java už viac ako 15 rokov v komerčnej praxi. Aktuálna práca - prerábanie starého monolitického systému na architektúru Microservice, návrh služieb pre jedného používateľa - ako sa majú správať a akú majú mať funkcionalitu. Pracoval ako vedúci tímu a Scrum Master, kde viedol až 3-4 tímy pozostávajúce z 5-6 členov. Komunikácia v angličtine mu nerobí problém a používa ju na dennej báze. Má skúsenosti aj so zadávaním práce, od Product Ownera a Stakeholderov získava informácie o tom, čo je potrebné urobiť a z týchto informácií a špecifikácií vytvára zadanie pre ostatných členov tímu, vykonáva aj následné ďalšie priame špecifikácie. Vo svojej súčasnej práci využíva najmä agilné metodiky Scrum a Kanban - je zvyknutý na týždenné Sprinty.
