Pracuje tam na spojení medzi NHG, ak ľudia už nemôžu splácať hypotéku, takže to funguje ako určitá poistka, aby ľudia nemuseli ísť do osobného bankrotu. Používa Scrum ako agilnú metodiku. Jeho materinským jazykom je holandčina a hovorí plynule anglicky.
