Kandidát je skúsený manažér, ktorý 12 rokov pracoval ako projektový a IT manažér. Ako IT manažér bol zodpovedný za kompletné celé IT oddelenie, podporu aplikácií, riadenie projektov a ľudí, dohľad nad projektmi a nastavenie štruktúry v tímoch. Je zvyknutý viesť menšie aj väčšie tímy ľudí, najviac ľudí mal na starosti v spoločnosti Veolia, kde viedol tím až 40 ľudí.

2. Head of IT Department (01/2021 - 08/2021): Managed a team of 7 members providing IT services to 250 employees. Oversaw administration of server and network infrastructure, vendor relationships, procurement processes, and budget planning. Provided application and technical support to end users.
3. Senior IT Manager (02/2016 - 02/2020): Led a team of 9 members in providing user support, application support, and managing server and network infrastructure. Implemented ITIL processes, asset management, and security policies. Managed vendor relationships and IT budget planning. Successfully implemented projects such as identity and access management, cloud migration, and ERP system implementation.
4. IT Project Manager (06/2015 - 02/2016): Managed application development projects, including contract management and implementation of IT service management tools.
