Business Analyst & Product Owner & Project Manager & Scrum Master

Kandidát je scrum master s 3-ročnou praxou, ale chcel by sa zamerať na pozície ako Business Analyst, Product Owner a Project Manager, pretože pozície scrum mastera ho už nenapĺňajú. Chce byť viac v kontakte s obchodnou stránkou spoločnosti a v kontakte so zákazníkom. Baví ho práca s dátami a analýzy, aj keď v reálnej práci s nimi nepracoval. Počas štúdia napísal diplomovú prácu, v ktorej analyzoval údaje o sociálnych sieťach. Zo školy pozná aj teóriu UML. Ako Scrum Master sa tiež naučil veľmi dobre pracovať a komunikovať s ľuďmi a získať si ich dôveru, či už išlo o vývojárov alebo manažérov, s ktorými pracoval. V súčasnosti pracuje so 6 a 8 člennými tímami. Má však skúsenosti aj s 11-člennými tímami. Komunikácia v angličtine mu nerobí problém.
