Scrum Master s 2,5 ročnou komerčnou praxou. Medzi jeho každodenné úlohy patria stand-upy s tímom, plánovanie, účasť na Scrum ceremoniáloch, práca s Jirou, Confluence. Má na starosti aj koučovanie, motiváciu, jeho cieľom je zvyšovať výkonnosť, pridanú hodnotu práce a dosiahnuť efektívnejší prístup na trh. Na predchádzajúcich pozíciách pracoval ako koordinátor testovania a vlastník produktu. Ako koordinátor testovania viedol tím výkonných pracovníkov, ktorí testovali nové verzie, funkcie, online verzie hier a ďalšie. Istý čas strávil aj ako tester, pracoval na testovaní implementácie systému Orgmanager a tiež na testovaní zmien v platforme elektronického obchodu. Má skúsenosti so Scrumom aj Kanbanom. Jeho angličtina je na úrovni C1 a externe spolupracoval so zahraničnou spoločnosťou.
