Kandidát pracuje ako QA inžinier 2 roky. Pracoval na 3 projektoch, kde pôsobil ako vedúci tímu a staral sa o včasné odovzdávanie úloh, vývoj produktov a testovanie, aby všetko fungovalo tak, ako má. Kládol veľký dôraz na to, aby všetky testy boli správne a aby sa pri uvedení veci do produkcie nevyskytli žiadne chyby. Kandidát má zmysel pre detail, nedbá len na to, aby sa testovalo podľa zadania, ale pozerá sa na to z väčšej perspektívy, aby urobil všetko pre to, aby to fungovalo. Má tiež veľa skúseností s písaním skriptov na funkčné alebo akceptačné testovanie, testovanie od konca do konca a dokonca aj integračné testovanie. Je veľmi analytický typ , čo považuje za svoju silnú stránku, a preto je dôležité, aby tieto testy boli čo najpriestrelnejšie, aby sa tam pozrelo na všetko. Taktiež pri vytváraní aj stratégií testovania, pokrytia životného cyklu, ako aj testovania softvéru. Je veľmi precízny v oblasti manuálneho testovania, ale má skúsenosti aj s automatizovaným testovaním, kde v Cypresse urobil 20 testov. Okrem toho má Lukáš skúsenosti aj s prácou v agilnom prostredí. Jeho angličtina je na plynulej úrovni a nemčina na úrovni A2.
