Scrum Master

Kandidát je skúsený Scrum Master s 5-ročnou praxou. Okrem toho má skúsenosti ako produktový manažér a analytik. Na svojej súčasnej pozícii pracuje s 10-členným tímom. Okrem toho spolupracuje s 3 ďalšími tímami, komunikuje aj s tímom regresného testovania. Niekedy pracuje aj ako vlastník produktu alebo analytik. Má skúsenosti s UML, Enterprise architect. Bola zodpovedná za prechod z vodopádu na agilný systém. Plynule komunikuje v češtine a ruštine. Posledných 7 rokov nepracovala v angličtine, ale rada by sa k nej vrátila, hoci by potrebovala nejaký čas, aby sa dostala do tempa, ale to by záviselo aj od národnosti tímu (kvôli prízvuku).
