Scrum master s 5 rokmi skúseností. Okrem toho pracuje aj ako projektový manažér. Prechádza z projektu na projekt. V súčasnosti je agilným trénerom na najväčšom projekte. Na projekte pracuje 35 ľudí. Je zodpovedný za všetky tímy a je hlavnou kontaktnou osobou pre distribuované tímy nachádzajúce sa v USA a Indii. Pracuje na agilnej transformácii a zavádzaní nových návykov. Má rád výzvy a vie komunikovať s ľuďmi. Komunikácia v angličtine mu nerobí problém. Má len základy nemčiny.

Present Responsibilities include managing 4 NextGen product teams and ensuring their needs are met for successful delivery. Worked on restructuring teams and products to align with the company's new direction. Assisted in the agile transformation of new teams. Managed 2 standalone projects focused on Security and Networking. Acted as a main contact for a PCI-SSF certification process.

Worked as an Agile Coach within the Hospitality portfolio. Assisted in driving agile transformation and provided support to cross-country directors. Facilitated various ceremonies and served as the main Agile Coach for the Prague office. Implemented LeSS framework for scaling agile.

Certified Scrum Master responsible for 4 teams within Delivery Architecture. Managed backlogs, planning sessions, and workflow. Implemented agile mindset and metrics. Attended agileprague.cz conference.
